All “Be You Pilates” locations are spaces dedicated to mind-body wellness, where Pilates is practiced and taught for awareness and balance, from the muscles to the mind.
The Pilates classes last 55 minutes and are structured according to Rael Isacowitz’s Block System method (BASI Pilates).
In a welcoming and relaxing environment, the Pilates Studio in Lido di Camaiore offers group classes with equipment (4 people) and Matwork classes (max. 5 people) aimed at achieving complete psycho-physical balance.
The studio offers all the comforts, including comfortable changing rooms and a cozy room dedicated to classes with equipment: Cadillac and Reformer.

At our studios, students are taught by competent and professional instructors, all certified in BASI Pilates. Here, you can work with your needs in mind, achieving targeted benefits for your body.
Cristiana Desantis is a certified BASI Pilates, Machine, and Mat instructor. With decades of teaching experience and ongoing training, in 2023 she achieved one of the highest levels of training, earning Legacy Master I and II degrees from the BASI Pilates Italia school.
